BUENOS AIRES, IGUAZU & RIO
Day 1: Buenos Aires
Arrival, reception and transfer with local guide to the hotel. At the time scheduled with the guide, half day City tour through Buenos Aires. You will visit Plaza de Mayo, Casa Rosada, the Metropolitan Cathedral, and the Cabildo. Then you will arrive to La Boca neighborhood to walk around Caminito Street and see how the first immigrants who arrived to Buenos Aires used to live. Overnight.
Day 2: Buenos Aires
Breakfast. At the scheduled time, pick up at the hotel for a half day tour to Delta del Tigre, to sail in a modern boat along the different arms of this delta, to discover the Paraná River and thousands of islands all around. In the evening, pick up at the hotel to attend a dinner and Tango Show. Overnight.
Day 3: Buenos Aires
Breakfast. Day at leisure. Dinner in an Indian Restaurant. Overnight.
Day 4: Buenos Aires – Colonia – Buenos Aires
Breakfast and transfer to the port to board the power catamaran to Colonia del Sacramento, world heritage site declared by UNESCO in 1995. Arrival and city tour through this spanish colonial city, built by the Portuguese in the XVIII century. Lunch at the restaurant. Return to Buenos Aires and transfer to the hotel. Overnight.
Day 5: Buenos Aires – Iguazú
Breakfast. Transfer to the airport to take the flight to Puerto Iguazú. Arrival and transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day at leisure to rest or for optional excursions. Overnight.
Day 6: Iguazú
Breakfast. Full day excursion to Cataratas del Iguazú (Argentinean side). The Garganta del Diablo (Devil's Throat) is the most impressive of all the falls, and marks the border between Argentina and Brazil. On the Brazilian side there is a long walkway along the canyon with an extension to the lower base of the "Garganta del Diablo". The Argentinian access is facilitated by the Tren Ecológico de la Selva (Rainforest Ecological Train), which brings visitors to different walkways. Optional tour: La Gran Aventura. Overnight.
Day 7: Iguazú – Río de Janeiro
Breakfast. Half day excursion to Cataratas del Iguazú (Brazilian side). After the visit, transfer to the airport to take the flight to Río de Janeiro, arrival and transfer to the hotel. Commonly known as just Rio, the city is also nicknamed A Cidade Maravilhosa, or ¨The Marvelous City´. Overnight.
Day 8: Río de Janeiro
Breakfast and at scheduled time half day tour Corcovado. You can see the Cristo Redentor Statue, (Crist the Redeemer) from any place of the city. It is located on the mountain of Corcovado, 710 meters above sea level and was inaugurated in 1931. From there it´s possible to see a panoramic and extraordinary view of Río de Janeiro. Overnight.
Day 9: Río de Janeiro
Breakfast and at the scheduled time half day tour to Sugarloaf at the entrance of Guanabara Bay, one of the two symbols in the city. Afternoon at leisure. In the evening, traditional dinner show in Río de Janeiro. Overnight.
Day 10: Río de Janeiro
Breakfast and at the time scheduled transfer to the airport to take the flight back.
